Disability is NOT inability

At Brave Yoga for All, we see the ability, not the disability. Founded by Occupational Therapist Lisa Irvine in 2015, Brave Yoga for All is a health and wellness sanctuary specializing in Adaptive Yoga for special needs. Our wellness program sessions are individualized for participants with:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
  • Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)
  • Neurodevelopmental Disorders
  • Sensory Discrimination Disorder (SDD)
  • Sensory-Based Motor Disorder, Sensory Modulation Disorder (SMD)

By modifying our poses and breathwork, we can offer the mental and physical benefits of Yoga to those with disabilities. With over 15 years of effective treatment using Adaptive Yoga, we are confident that a 15 min session can change your life.

Every morning we’re blessed with a choice and a chance. What we decide to do with those options dictates the future of our lives.
